現在家賃年収6,000万円、RC5棟所有
私が
不動産投資を始めたきっかけは
不労所得で
ハワイに移住したかったから。
そのくらい
仕事も
人間関係も
自分の体調も
家庭内も
何もかも
疲弊していました。
現在は
不動産賃貸業のほかに
事業法人一社を
経営しながら
趣味である
乗馬を楽しんだり
小学生の頃憧れだった
アイスクリーム屋さんで
アルバイトしたりする
元気いっぱいで
自由な日々を送っています。
ごく普通の
会社員だった私が
お洒落もあきらめずに
5年でリタイア
できただけでなく
心身の健康も取り戻し
毎日幸せを
感じるまでに至った秘訣など
